Can I look up my Home Depot purchases? ›

You can also access your full history through the “Purchase History” tab on the header drop-down menu or the “My Account” page.

Most often when a parcels tracking has stopped updating, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the tracking system registering the parcel's progress. Can I receive my eReceipt again if I lost it? We do not have the ability to send duplicate eReceipts however, you can view your in-store and online receipts by registering for My Account on our website www.homedepot.com and entering in the credit card number that you used to make in-store and online purchases.

Typically, SKU numbers are listed on the product's packaging — usually above the product's barcode, as seen below. While the 12-digit numeric code on the bottom is the product's UPC (Universal Product Code), the alphanumeric code at the top is the SKU number (which is different from the UPC).
